youtube growth intern

We\'re looking for
one seriously capable YouTube person
to
grow the Bom Shanka Music channel
— not just upload videos and disappear.

This is for someone who understands how YouTube actually works:
packaging, consistency, retention, Shorts strategy, and channel structure
.

What you\'ll do (weekly)

Upload + optimise videos (Shorts + selected long-form)

Write strong
titles + descriptions + hashtags + tags
(keyword-aware, not cringe)

Build
playlists
and organise the channel properly (artists / releases / live / label TV)

Create clean
thumbnails
for long-form (Canva is fine if you\'ve got taste)

Repurpose existing content (IG Reels, gig clips, teasers) into
Shorts that perform

Track results and report back: what\'s working, what isn\'t, and what to test next

You\'re a fit if you can

  • Follow a schedule and stay consistent (this is where most people fail)
  • Spot what\'s \\\"hooky\\\" in the first 1–2 seconds (Shorts is brutal)
  • Make decisions based on data (CTR, retention, watch time), not vibes
  • Work fast, communicate clearly, and keep the channel moving every week

Internship details

  • Remote
  • 3 months
  • Unpaid internship
(best for a student/recent grad building a serious portfolio)
  • You\'ll leave with:
    real growth experience
, channel management proof, and credited work for an active label

To apply (DM or email)

Send:

  • A link to any channel you\'ve grown (or your own)
  • Your weekly availability + timezone
  • A 60–90 second Loom/video explaining:
  • \\\"If you ran Bom Shanka\'s YouTube for 30 days, what would you do and why?\\\"
  • One example title/thumbnail idea for a psytrance video (show me your packaging instincts)

If you\'re genuinely good at YouTube and want a platform to prove it, this is it.

)

Salary: EUR 500 - 1500 per month
