This is a great opportunity for professional cleaners who take pride in high standards and want regular, flexible work within the holiday‑let industry.</p><p>You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional changeover cleans that ensure every guest arrives to a spotless, beautifully presented home.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li><p>Delivering premium‑quality holiday‑let cleans across properties in and around North Devon</p></li><li><p>Completing changeover cleans to tight timescales, any day of the week including weekends</p></li><li><p>Carrying out deep cleans and refresh cleans as required</p></li><li><p>Managing linen, including stripping, resetting beds and working with linen procedures</p></li><li><p>Replenishing supplies and welcome items where required</p></li><li><p>Checking properties for maintenance or safety issues and reporting concerns promptly</p></li><li><p>Ensuring properties are secure and guest‑ready after every clean</p></li><li><p>Representing Travel Chapter professionally while working in our properties</p></li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience cleaning holiday lets, serviced accommodation or similar high‑standard environments</p></li><li><p>Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work</p></li><li><p>Flexibility and reliability to support changeover days, including peak periods</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage linen as part of the cleaning process</p></li><li><p>Confidence working independently and managing your own time</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and a professional, can‑do attitude</p></li></ul><p><strong>It would be great if you also have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience working with multiple properties or portfolios</p></li><li><p>Your own transport to travel between properties</p></li><li><p>Availability during busy holiday periods</p></li></ul><p><strong>Payment and flexibility</strong></p><p>This role suits self‑employed cleaners or teams who set their own rates.
