About The Role

This position requires the successful candidate to work on a W2 directly with FDM. We cannot accept C2C, 1099 or employment sponsorship (e.g. H1-B) for this position.

FDM is seeking a Senior Integration Associate and a team of Integration associates located in either Jersey City, Tampa, or Boston  to support a project in the Financial Services sector. Involvement in this project is anticipated to last initially 1 year but may be extended.

This role will be hybrid with requirements to be in office 3 days per week.

Position Summary

The Senior Integration Associate works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite of products. The Senior Integration Associate will act as the primary point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan, and executing and overseeing all onboarding activities from pre-sales through "go- live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.

Specific Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define and document project deliverables through requirements discussions and workflow analysis.

• Manage Client projects while partnering with internal resources to ensure all deliverables are met with timely and successful results. Manage a number of internal relationships – Sales, RM, Client Services Group, Compliance, Legal, Product Management, Finance, Training

• Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously and serve as the business analyst/project manager for all. Develop and document project details, as needed, using standard templates (e.g. Project Plan, Business Requirements Document, Issues Log, Conformance Tests, Project Status Reports)

• Lead regular project status meetings with clients and internal resources, including project status updates to senior management, to drive project success.

• Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully hand over to production support teams.

• Make recommendations to Product Management for enhancements to products identified during client engagements.

• Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications

  • • Minimum of 6 years of related experience for Senior role
  • Minimum 3 years for Associate role
  • • Bachelor's degree preferred with master's or equivalent experience
  • Specific Qualifications
  • • Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • • Must have extensive client facing experience with proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns.
  • • Understanding of the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business e.g. STP and current securities industry initiatives highly desirable

• Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols (e.g. FIX, SWIFT) highly desirable

• Experience working for a vendor with strong external client facing capacity highly desirable

• Financial Settlement & Clearance Knowledge is a plus

• Knowledge of DTCC Settlement & Clearing Products/Services is a plus
