Purpose of the Role:

In the Retail Operations Coordinator, your main job is to enhance operational efficiency through effective project management and support in visual merchandising. Utilising a robust skill set in project management, the coordinator ensures seamless communication across departments, manages updates, and tasks through digital platforms and oversees the logistics of store refits, rebrands, and new store openings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support visual merchandising initiatives by providing real-time updates and visibility of tasks through management tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Utilise project management tools to offer a holistic overview of projects, identifying dependencies and aligning timelines and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution and alignment of tasks.
  • Manage the process of store refits and rebranding initiatives, digitising, and tracking progress on Teams.
  • Handle store communications, addressing requests for equipment replacements and managing external platform interactions for stationery and stock reviews.
  • Maintain and update the store directory, including changes to colleague details and trading times, and disseminate this information across the estate.
  • Collaborate with departments such as buying merchandising, accounts, Hire, and logistics to ensure cohesive operations.

What You\'ll Need to Succeed:

Technical:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with advanced project management capabilities, including managing large store estates.
  • Experience in utilizing Microsoft Visio for project management tasks.
  • Knowledge of database systems and their integration into project management processes.
  • Understanding of effective task management strategies and their implementation in project environments.

Additional information: Our Hybrid Work Policy requires a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
