Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative

EBB are seeking a reliable, motivated Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative to support our busy distribution team in Coalville. This is a full-time, permanent role.

The role:

  • Operate a forklift truck safely for loading/unloading and moving stock
  • Pick, scan, and prepare orders accurately
  • Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organised
  • Complete simple documentation and follow company procedures
  • Support the team with safe and efficient distribution

What we\'re looking for:

  • Valid Counterbalance forklift licence and experience (essential)
  • VNA experience/licence preferable but not essential
  • Reliable team player with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with manual handling
  • Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in materials handling, including safe lifting techniques for heavy items.
  • Basic maths skills are essential for accurately processing shipments and inventory counts.
