About the Role

What You\'ll Bring

  • Solid knowledge of airline, hotel, and rental car reservation systems (experience with GDS systems like Sabre is a plus)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and workflows
  • Independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Nice To Have

  • Experience with online booking tools such as GetThere
  • Familiarity with negotiating contracts for meeting spaces, accommodations, and A/V services
  • Knowledge of visa requirements and international travel documentation
  • Previous experience working in a call center environment

Preferred Education And Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or academic qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate travel coordination, agency operations, or administrative support
