Remote B2B Appointment Setter / Cold Caller - Part-Time (Tennessee Residents Only)

READ FIRST

This is 100 percent outbound phone calling through our dialer. Every call is logged, recorded, and measured against clear numbers. If you prefer texting, emailing, or social media outreach, this is not your job. Start your application with the word CARDINAL so we know you read this post.

WHO WE ARE

Nexus Pay is part of The Calcerta Group, a veteran-owned Colorado company family with two operating arms: Nexus Pay (merchant services) and Interstellar I.S. (telecom, internet, and IT services). We are an MSP - a Managed and Merchant Services Provider - and we are carrier agnostic. Because we are an indirect channel partner rather than a retail sales channel, our clients get access to wholesale-level rates on the same services most businesses pay retail for, through our supplier and sponsor relationships. And they get something the big carriers and processors never give them: a local team they can actually depend on. We are beholden to our clients, not to big telecom or the payment processors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

One pitch, two ways to win. You call US business owners and CFOs from our vetted lists and offer a free, carrier-agnostic cost analysis. The prospect picks the door: their credit card processing statement, or their telecom, internet, or IT bill. The analysis shows them what they are paying at retail versus what wholesale-channel pricing looks like. Your job is to book a 15-minute cost review or get their agreement to submit one bill or statement for the free analysis. Every door counts toward your bonuses. You are opening doors, not closing sales. Nothing is sold on your calls. We provide the lists, word-for-word script, objection guide, softphone (nothing to buy), and training. 100 percent work from home. No commute, no gas, no parking, no wardrobe. Your shift starts the moment you sit down.

PAY - TWO SERVICE LINES MEANS TWICE THE WAYS TO EARN

$8 to $10 per hour base, depending on experience, PLUS: - $15 per booked appointment that shows - $25 per statement OR telecom/IT bill received (either service line counts) - $50 per account that signs (either company) Callers at target realistically earn $14 to $18 per hour. Bonuses are uncapped, and both service lines pay you.

THE PATH UP

Hit the weekly metrics 4 consecutive weeks and you earn the option to move full-time (40 hours per week) with a raised base plus the same uncapped bonuses. That is a $30,000 to $40,000 plus per year equivalent for a proven producer. We promote from results, not resumes.

THE NUMBERS (they are the job)

- 20 or more dials per hour minimum. Voicemail-heavy hours should run 30 to 40. Long conversations are the only thing that lowers the dial count. Our phone logs show dials AND talk time, and we check both. - Per 4-hour shift after week one: 60 or more dials, 8 or more decision-maker conversations, and 1 to 2 booked appointments or bill/statement submissions (8 to 10 per week, either service line). - Every call logged same day, plus a short end-of-shift report.
