Bank of America is seeking a dedicated Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital support role, you will be instrumental in managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and contributing to the overall efficiency of a key department or group of managers, all from the comfort of your U.S.-based home office.

What You Will Do:

  • Comprehensive Calendar & Meeting Management: Proactively manage complex calendars, schedule virtual meetings across various time zones, and coordinate necessary preparations (agendas, materials).

  • Virtual Communication & Document Management: Prepare, format, and edit professional documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Manage email correspondence and maintain organized digital filing systems.

  • Travel & Expense Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (as business needs arise) and accurately process expense reports.

  • Team Support & Coordination: Facilitate internal communications, assist with onboarding new remote team members, and help organize virtual team events to foster connection.

  • Digital Resource Management: Oversee and assist with managing access to virtual tools, subscriptions, and shared digital resources, troubleshooting minor technical issues when appropriate.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate administrative needs, prioritize tasks efficiently, and independently find solutions to streamline workflows for your supported team.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.

What We Are Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree preferred.

  • 1+ years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate, financial services, or remote environment.

  • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

  • Strong comfort and experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, OneDrive).

  • Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, clear, and proactive approach suitable for virtual interaction.

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time independently in a remote setting.
