Global Account Manager, Financial Services

Job Description:

  • Drive global account growth strategies through comprehensive account planning
  • Lead regular business reviews and coordinate updates across regions and international stakeholders
  • Partner with global alliance, channel, and ecosystem partners on complex, multi-country solution sales
  • Serve as the primary executive interface for global customer accounts
  • Engage senior leadership and decision-makers across geographies, business units, and functions
  • Develop and execute global account business plans aligned with customer objectives and corporate priorities
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to identify, influence, and accelerate strategic opportunities
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Achieve and manage quarterly, semi-annual, and annual revenue, margin, and growth objectives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Lead margin optimization and recovery initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, global business units, regional sales teams, services organizations, and partner ecosystems
  • Identify complex customer requirements across markets and align them with global capabilities
  • Orchestrate delivery and supply chain models supporting scalable worldwide customer success

Requirements:

  • University or Bachelor's degree
  • Typically 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Industry experience required
  • Experience in product specialty including computers, printers, servers, or storage
  • Detailed knowledge of key customer types or customers for given products
  • Expert-level company knowledge
  • Leadership and cross-functional expertise
  • Good time management skills
  • Broad understanding of customer needs and ability to apply standard and creative solutions
