We champion an inclusive culture and strive to attract and develop a talented workforce to create and deliver a wide range of content reflecting our world.<br /> <br /> Job Description<br /> <br /> The Director, Financial Contract Administration is responsible for leading the financial modeling and budgeting of participations and residuals for theatrical products, with a focus on film ultimates and cash. This role requires a deep understanding of contractual obligations and the ability to translate complex deal terms into financial models and forecasts. This individual will bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to working across Participations, FP&A, Controllership, and Strategic Planning groups. Additionally, the role will support the setup and review of theatrical participation deals within the Participations and Residuals system (PARIS) as needed.<br /> <br /> Here you can:<br /> • Build and maintain participation and residual ultimate models for theatrical products<br /> • Support cash forecasting and budgeting processes related to participation and residual obligations<br /> • Analyze and interpret complex legal agreements and translate terms into financial models and forecasts<br /> • Collaborate closely with various business units including FP&A, Controllership, Strategic Planning, Legal and Business Affairs<br /> • Maintain appropriate controls within the ultimate process as required by Sarbanes Oxley<br /> • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and improve productivity<br /> • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and forecasting<br /> • Support ad hoc requests and special projects as needed<br /> <br /> Qualifications<br /> <br /> What you'll bring:<br /> • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field<br /> • 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Entertainment Finance, Participations or Accounting<br /> • Solid experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and interpreting legal agreements into financial models<br /> • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment<br /> • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with SAP and participations systems a plus<br /> <br /> What sets you apart:<br /> • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills<br /> • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset to problem-solving<br /> • You demonstrate accountability and follow-through in your work<br /> • You are adaptable and eager to expand your impact by taking on new challenges beyond defined responsibilities<br /> • You approach your work with an innovative mindset and a strong focus on continuous improvement<br /> • You build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization<br /> <br /> Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
