Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Travel Customer Service Representative. This fully remote position focuses on assisting clients with travel inquiries, reservation support, and coordinating vacation details.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working in a structured remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding travel options and reservations
  • Assist with booking and confirming flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
  • Review travel details for accuracy, including dates, traveler information, and accommodations
  • Provide clear communication before, during, and after travel
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Deliver professional and timely customer support
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
$40,000 - $70,000 a year
