MS Power Automate RPA Programmer Analyst

You will design, implement, and maintain automation solutions to optimize business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy automation solutions and RPA bots using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate RPA.
  • Support the Citizen Development Program by providing training, guidance, and technical support to business users.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop implementation strategies.
  • Ensure governance and compliance for tool usage across the organization.
  • Collaborate with diverse departments to integrate automation solutions that align with business requirements.

Required Skills

  • 5-10 years of experience in business process automation.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Automate RPA.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Forms, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Proven experience managing a citizen development program or similar initiative.
  • Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize business requests effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
  • BS degree in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of coursework and experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business.
