Entry-Level Recruiter (Fully Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based "Search Consultant" or "Recruiter" to join our team at gpac. As a Search Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere and manage your own schedule, althought office hours are 8:00 - 5:00 CST. With our commission-based structure, your earnings potential is uncapped, providing you with ample opportunity to achieve financial success. You will earn between 30% - 75% of your production with our top producers earning between $250K - $500K per year!

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough candidate searches using various online platforms, databases, and networking channels. 
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure they meet the requirements of specific job openings. 
  • Build and maintain a strong network of professionals and industry contacts to facilitate candidate sourcing.
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial for both parties. 
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to stay informed about the job market and recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a search consultant, recruitment specialist, or similar role would be helpful but is not required
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, such as online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with appropriate job opportunities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency or the ability to learn applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

 

Compensation: This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. You will receive a competitive commission structure based on successful candidate placements. Our commission structure is designed to reward high-performance and provides an opportunity for substantial income growth.
