Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated field and regional marketing strategies tailored to the West Region, driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across target accounts and industries.
  • Design and activate executive engagement programs, including CxO-level experiences and high-touch events that deepen relationships with strategic customers and prospects.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of regional demand generation and pipeline acceleration initiatives, aligned with both corporate and field priorities.
  • Partner closely with sales, product marketing, demand generation, and GTM teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on messaging, campaign strategy, and audience targeting.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with GTM and technology partners to support brand consistency and deliver impactful co-marketing and partner programs across the region.
  • Drive and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies focused on high-value accounts, tailoring campaigns and events to accelerate sales cycles and increase engagement.
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, using data and analytics to continually optimize programs and report impact to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with the regional sales team, educating on upcoming programs, assets, and global-to-local campaign activation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with national and global teams to scale successful programs across markets and ensure regional participation in corporate campaigns.
  • Lead the planning and flawless execution of high-touch regional events, customer roundtables, and partner activations—while also supporting key national initiatives led by the Experience Marketing team.
  • Oversee and manage the West Region marketing budget, ensuring high-impact use of resources that deliver measurable business results.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry conferences, executive forums, and customer engagements, strengthening AHEAD’s presence and visibility in the West.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated, ROI-focused marketing and pipeline generation programs
  • Strong knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution
  • Demonstrated expertise in both project management and event execution
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, ideally including Marketo, Salesforce, and Demand base.
  • Highly analytical, with a passion for using data to drive decisions and optimize performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively across competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed to support business and client needs.
