<div>Work Flexibility: Remote<p></p><p></p><p><b>This role requires the candidate to be located within the Southeast region of the United States. </b> Will only consider candidates in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia</p><p></p><p>care.ai specializes in delivering AI-assisted virtual care workflows, smart room technology and ambient intelligence solutions.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do</b></p><ul><li><p>Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition process from the Sales team to the Services team</p></li><li><p>Lead the assigned delivery teams to ensure the project meets the scope, schedule, quality and budget expectations</p></li><li><p>Plan, schedule, and track project milestones, critical paths, deliverables, and accurate revenue forecasting using industry standard tools</p></li><li><p>Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the care.ai Solutions Deployment Methodology</p></li><li><p>Facilitate project communications, including lead regular project status meetings with all partners, documenting meeting minutes, and managing all ongoing action items</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review and audit processes</p></li><li><p>Conduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support; Elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback</p></li><li><p>This role requires regular travel, with candidates expected to travel <b>25% to 50%</b> of the time based on business priorities and customer requirements.</p><p></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you need</b></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree</p></li><li><p>2+ years of professional experience</p></li><li><p>Experience with project management software, Monday.com and JIRA preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li><p>PMP certification</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture, firewall requirements, and infrastructure components to support secure, scalable business solutions</p></li><li><p> Healthcare project management experience preferred</p><p></p></li></ul><p></p><p> </p><p><b>United States of America Pay Ranges:</b></p><ul><li><b>USN</b>: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual</li><li><b>Puerto Rico</b>: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual</li><li><b>US5</b>: $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual</li><li><b>US10</b>: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual</li><li><b>US15</b>: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual</li><li><b>US20</b>: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual</li><li><b>US30</b>: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual</li></ul>View the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.<p></p><p> </p><p> </p>Travel Percentage: 50%<p></p><p></p></div>
