Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Youth Development, or a related field. Proven experience in youth program development and coordination, preferably in a virtual setting. Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
