The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading parcel courier client based in Lakeside (RM20). We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team with immediate starts available.


The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring parcels are sorted, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sorting and organising parcels quickly and accurately.

  • Scanning parcels using handheld scanners.

  • Loading and unloading trailers and delivery vehicles.

  • Moving parcels throughout the warehouse to the correct locations.

  • Ensuring parcels are labelled and prepared for dispatch.

  • Identifying damaged parcels and reporting them in line with company procedures.

  • Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily productivity targets.

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

  • Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding role, including lifting and moving parcels of varying sizes and weights.

  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

  • Flexible to work additional hours when required.

  • Own transport or a reliable way to travel to the RM20 site is preferred due to shift times.
