<p><strong>WE’RE HIRING | WAREHOUSE MANAGER | FOURWAYS</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Are you a hands-on <strong>Warehouse Manager</strong> who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment?</p><p><strong>Decofurn Furniture</strong> is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our <strong>Fourways warehouse operation</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>What you’ll own:</p><p> • Receiving & put-away</p><p> • Binning, storage & stock flow</p><p> • Picking & dispatch</p><p> • Stock accuracy, cycle counts & stock takes</p><p> • Warehouse layout & space utilisation</p><p> • Productivity & operational KPIs</p><p> • Team leadership and performance</p><p> • Process, SOP and operational discipline</p><p> • Identifying bottlenecks and improving warehouse efficiency</p><p><br></p><p>What we’re looking for:</p><p> ✅ 5+ years’ warehouse/DC experience</p><p> ✅ 5+ years’ supervisory/management experience</p><p> ✅ Strong hands-on warehouse floor leadership</p><p> ✅ Proven end-to-end stock flow experience</p><p> ✅ Strong inventory and variance control</p><p> ✅ Experience managing warehouse teams</p><p> ✅ ERP/WMS experience advantageous</p><p> ✅ Retail DC / bulky goods / furniture experience advantageous</p><p><br></p><p>This is <strong>not a transport, fleet or planning role</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for an operational leader who understands that great warehouse performance starts <strong>on the floor</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Should you not hear from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.</em></p>
