Our client is looking for a nurturing and creative Virtual Early Childhood Educator to join their expanding team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for delivering stimulating online learning experiences for young children, fostering their development in a fun and interactive virtual setting. Key Responsibilities Facilitate engaging online learning sessions for toddlers and preschoolers, including educational games and story times. Develop and prepare age-appropriate learning materials for virtual delivery. Monitor children's participation and provide positive encouragement and support. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's engagement and progress. Maintain a safe and inclusive virtual classroom environment. Requirements Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience. Experience working directly with young children in a childcare or educational setting. Proficiency with video conferencing platforms and basic computer skills. Excellent communication, creativity, and patience. Ability to manage time effectively and structure online activities.
