Vice President, Sales Operations (Remote)

Position Purpose:
Lead sales operations functions, including sales and experience reporting and data management, sales systems oversight and management, broker support, broker and agent commissions and incentive programs, and alignment with finance on sales projections and forecasting. Act as the primary senior leader liaison with sales leadership, cross-functional partners, and key brokers.

  • Oversee the sales operations department, including needs assessment, process design and implementation, staff deployment and management, performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Develop and provide oversight for the sales and experience reporting and data
  • management team.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on broker and agent incentive and commission
  • programs.
  • Guide sales leadership on sales goals and forecasting.
  • Oversee sales systems and support ongoing management and enhancements of systems and programs supporting the sales and experience organization.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex, technical cross-functional projects with department-wide impact.
  • Support sales leadership on all budget management functions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Marketing or related field required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years Sales, Operations, Finance and/or Sales Management experience in Healthcare, Medicare, Exchange, PBM/Specialty Pharmacy, employer, benefits brokerage/consulting firm or commercial health plans required.
  • Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Pay Range: $171,900.00 - $326,900.00 per year
