User Acquisition Manager

who knows how to scale global growth.

What you’ll do

  • Own and scale

paid acquisition channels

  • (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Manage and optimize

high daily ad budgets

  • Improve

CAC, ROAS, and LTV

  • across markets
  • Test creatives, audiences, and funnels continuously
  • Work closely with product to improve

conversion & retention

  • Identify high-LTV countries and scale winning markets
  • Build and iterate on growth strategies end-to-end

Requirements

What we’re looking for

    5+ years of experience

    • in performance marketing
    • Proven track record in

    scaling B2C mobile apps

    • Strong understanding of

    ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution

    • Experience managing

    large ad budgets

    • Data-driven mindset (you live in dashboards)
    • Fast execution, ownership, and startup energy
    • Experience with subscription apps is a big plus
