About the role

As a key figure in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of our customer's networks, you will lead critical incident resolutions and implement innovative solutions that enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead P1 and MI crises calls to deliver swift resolutions, minimizing impacts on business operations.
  • Plan and standardize changes effectively to ensure a high quality of service.
  • Implement all IP configuration changes and manage customer network integrations, focusing on hybrid and customized networks.
  • Ensure the on-time and accurate execution of customer RFCs, aimed at delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Maintain a target of zero errors through careful completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate in Low-Level Design calls, contributing to network design and integration proposals.
  • Utilize knowledge of WAN, MLAN, WLAN, SDx, Optimization and Scripting (Automation) in daily operations.
  • Engage in technical escalation management and serve as the technical SPOC for internal L1-L2 teams.
  • Conduct quarterly and half-yearly technical audits for designated customer networks.
  • Manage level 3 incidents and lead technical discussions both with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training on new technologies for the team and cross-functional groups.
  • Document all changes performed in the customer network accurately.
  • Perform routine security audits and compliance checks to ensure network integrity.
  • Build final configurations and conduct SAT/CAT for customers.
  • Act as a level 3 entity for chronic incidents and major escalations.
  • Support 24/7 operations including out-of-office hours change requests.
  • Drive compliance with Orange processes and support necessary tool updates during BAU and migration projects.
  • Effectively manage change and communicate with stakeholders, harnessing innovative thinking to meet evolving business needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Apply industry knowledge and best practices to deliver continual improvement solutions.
  • Create and execute development plans, adjusting as necessary to meet changing requirements.
  • Project manage large-scale migrations adhering to standard processes and procedures.
  • Measure Change Management efficiency to ensure performance metrics meet established KPIs.
  • Monitor process compliance and conduct adherence audits for operational standards.
About you You are a seasoned network professional with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in core enterprise networking, specifically in MPLS VPN environments. Holding CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE certifications along with an Engineering Degree in Telecommunications or a related field, you excel in both technical skills and effective communication in English and Hindi, showcasing an impressive blend of expertise and interpersonal capabilities.
