This is a hands-on and administrative role suited to a technically strong individual who has progressed into a supervisory capacity and is comfortable balancing technical support, team coordination, customer service, stock control and administration . The successful candidate must be able to prioritise competing demands, multitask effectively and ensure that technicians across the country deliver a consistent and professional service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support a national team of technicians to ensure efficient service delivery. Oversee installations, maintenance, repairs and technical projects across multiple locations. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support and coaching to technicians. Monitor technician performance, productivity and service delivery. Handle customer escalations and assist with resolving complex technical issues. Coordinate and prioritise technical work and ensure deadlines are met. Monitor technician stock, equipment and spares and ensure effective stock control. Maintain accurate technical and operational records. Prepare payroll inputs, productivity reports and performance reports. Assist with performance management and address operational issues within the technical team. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery. Liaise with customers, technicians and internal departments to ensure effective communication. Ensure technicians comply with company procedures, technical standards and service requirements. Minimum Requirements 6-8 years'''' relevant technical experience, preferably within CCTV, Access Control, Alarms, Electronic Security or a similar technical environment . Minimum 2 years'''' supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel . Experience with stock control and stock administration. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while effectively managing and supporting a technical team. A strong opportunity for a senior technician or technical supervisor looking to take on greater responsibility in a national technical operation.<br><br><br><br>
