Tattoo Studio Manager

Vivid Ink—the UK\'s leading tattoo chain—is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to join our team. Established in 2011 with our flagship studio in Birmingham city centre, Vivid Ink has since expanded to 13 award-winning studios, each recognized for their artistic excellence and exceptional customer service.

We are currently recruiting for our Moseley location, home to a talented team of 5 artists. Vivid Ink Moseley, located on the vibrant Alcester Road, was the 4th instalment in the Vivid Ink brand, offering a top-tier tattoo and experience.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Inspire Excellence: Use your leadership skills to motivate and guide your team, setting high standards in customer service.
  • Sales Acumen and Effective Communication: Demonstrated proficiency in engaging with potential customers, effectively converting enquiries into confirmed bookings through proactive and persuasive communication.
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute to the studio\'s development with your innovative ideas, while also implementing proven strategies for business expansion.
  • Communication and Efficiency: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure, ensuring efficient studio operation.
  • Client and Artist Liaison: Act as the key link between clients and artists, ensuring a memorable tattoo experience and handling any concerns with care.
  • Social Media and Marketing: Manage our social media presence, keeping our community engaged with daily updates and showcasing our artists\' latest works, whilst demonstrating creativity with content creation.
  • Administration and Inventory: Oversee store administration, financial records, and inventory management.

Who Should Apply?

  • Those with a minimum of 3 years in management or leadership roles. (Preferred, but not essential for the right candidate)
  • Individuals who are highly recommended and possess strong leadership qualities.
  • Self-motivated candidates who are adept at multitasking and can handle the dynamic demands of a busy studio.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a sales position (Preferred, but not essential for the right candidate)
