About the Job

Be the trusted guide candidates rely on from first outreach to long-term success. As a Talent Partner at Cloud Accountant Staffing, you’ll combine recruiting expertise with staffer advocacy, ensuring every placement is successful and every staffer feels supported. You’ll manage relationships, pipelines, and communications, while championing staffer growth, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Note: This is a full-time role. Exclusive commitment is required—no part-time or freelance work once hired.

About the Role

You’ll own the end-to-end candidate experience: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and ongoing staffer success. You’ll manage a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers, monitor productivity and engagement, resolve issues, and advocate for each staffer’s long-term growth. Your work will help ensure CAS maintains high-quality placements, happy staffers, and satisfied clients.

What You’ll Do

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms.

  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.

  • Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby and maintain timely, professional communication.

  • Coach candidates for client interviews and guide them through the offer process.

Placement & Onboarding

  • Serve as candidates’ advocate throughout client interviews and onboarding.

  • Coordinate with the Admin team to ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Align expectations between staffers and clients from day one.

Staffer Success & Ongoing Support

  • Own a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers (flexible based on role complexity).

  • Conduct regular check-ins: weekly (Month 1), bi-weekly (Month 2), monthly (Month 3+).

  • Monitor productivity, engagement, and well-being; address questions and escalate issues as needed.

Retention & Development

  • Track staffer satisfaction and engagement through pulse surveys and regular conversations.

  • Identify training or upskilling opportunities and recommend development paths.

  • Recruit replacements when staffers exit.

  • Advocate for staffers’ long-term success and value within CAS.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent management, or staffer success.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills; confident in building relationships with candidates and clients.

  • Empathetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Comfortable working EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.

  • Nice-to-have:

    • Experience using ATS (Ashby) and other HR or productivity platforms.

    • Previous experience supporting remote teams across multiple regions.
