We are formed of 8 brands (3Search, FIFTEEN WEST, edenity, Datadai, Tenzing Search, FinRox, NearTech Search, and Tarka Talent).</p><p><br></p><p>This role will be primarily focused on attracting and retaining the best recruitment talent across all of our businesses through a mixture of both experienced and entry-level hires.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>· Partner with key stakeholders and Talent Director and Talent Engagement Lead to create a robust and agile hiring strategy</p><p>· Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to build effective attraction, sourcing, and closing strategies</p><p>· Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing/headhunting, values-based interviews, offers, and HR administration.</p><p>· Produce creative talent attraction campaigns through social media, automation, email marketing, and other innovative methods</p><p>· Play a key part in building and promoting our employer brand.</p><p>· Make recommendations and bring ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-term growth of 11 Investments</p><p>· Write compelling and engaging copy to attract potential recruitment consultants (PRCs)</p><p>· Deliver the best candidate and employee experience.</p><p>· Pipeline future talent for 11 Investments</p><p>· Support the business with market and business intelligence to support our attraction approach and make recommendations on the right routes to market.</p><p>· Positively impact our culture</p><p><br></p><p>Hit Easy Apply or reach out to Sarah Selisko-Black for an informal conversation</p>
