About The Role The Role Based from our Global HQ in 55 Baker Street, we are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Talent Acquisition Resourcer - Business Services to join our in-house team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, supporting hiring across our Business Services division. This is a broad and visible role, offering the opportunity to recruit across a diverse portfolio of corporate and specialist functions including Technology, Modelling & Intelligence, Digital, Marketing & Communications, People, Finance, Tax, Risk, Legal, Corporate ESG, Office of Transformation and Executive Office. Experience of supporting recruitment in transformation environments, including on-shoring and off-shoring initiatives, would be highly beneficial. This position will operate across a wide range of hires, giving you exposure to multiple specialist corporate functions while also supporting strategic hiring priorities linked to business transformation, capability building, and organisational change. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, building strong and future-focused pipelines, screening candidates, and providing market insight to help inform hiring decisions, workforce planning, and longer-term talent strategy. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Strategy Proactively source high-quality candidates across a broad range of Business Services functions including Technology, Modelling & Intelligence, Digital, Marketing & Communications, People, Finance, Tax, Risk, Legal, Corporate ESG, Office of Transformation and Executive Office. Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs Identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, market mapping, and targeted search strategies Partner with Talent Acquisition to shape tailored sourcing strategies for business-critical and specialist hires Support talent attraction across both BAU and transformation-related hiring activity Screening & Candidate Management Conduct CV screening and initial candidate outreach Support early-stage qualification, assessment and shortlisting Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality and professional experience Maintain active communication with both live and pipeline candidates, building long-term talent relationships Stakeholder Engagement & Commercial Support Partner closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Partner across Business Services hiring Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across multiple corporate functions Support delivery for specialist, senior, and business-critical roles Provide regular updates on pipeline health, external market conditions, and candidate availability Contribute insights to help stakeholders make informed hiring decisions in competitive talent markets Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy Support workforce planning activity across the Business Services division Contribute to talent mapping and market insight to inform future hiring strategy and Talent pooling Assist in identifying skills gaps, succession requirements, and future capability needs Support hiring aligned to business transformation initiatives, including organisational redesign, on-shoring and off-shoring activity where required Provide data and insights to support business planning, capability building, and growth objectives Recruitment Operations & Systems Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS (Workday) Manage job postings, applications, interview coordination support, and pipeline tracking Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant, consistent, and efficient Support reporting on recruitment activity, hiring performance, and pipeline conversion metrics Strategic Projects & Employer Branding Support delivery of strategic hiring initiatives and targeted recruitment campaigns across Business Services Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction activity across specialist corporate functions Assist with events, early talent programmes, talent mapping projects, and DE&I initiatives Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve hiring approaches, market engagement, and candidate attraction strategies Skills & Experience Experience in recruitment resourcing, coordination, in-house sourcing, or agency recruitment Experience recruiting across Business Services or corporate functions is highly advantageous Exposure to hiring within areas such as Technology, Marketing & Communications, People, Finance, Risk, Legal, Office of Transformation and Executive Office would be beneficial Strong sourcing capability, with experience building talent pipelines for specialist or hard-to-fill roles Experience supporting recruitment in transformation environments, including on-shoring and off-shoring programmes, would be highly advantageous Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Workday desirable) Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across varied hiring streams Comfortable working with data, market insight, and recruitment reporting to support decision-making Personal Attributes Strong communicator with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels Commercially aware, with an interest in the external talent market and broader business landscape Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, inquisitive, and solutions-focused Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work across diverse teams and business areas Resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment Passionate about delivering a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience Why Join Us?
