Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 (Matric) - Experience in cutting a filleting fish - Demonstrated ability in preparing all fish related products - Broad knowledge of fish - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team - Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Competencies - Food Safety compliance - Good knowledge of different sushi recipes - Understanding of production cards and production plan - Understanding of relevant SOP - Food Safety Training - Recipe Specifications - Food Safety Standards Applicants must be based in the following regions: Western Cape Gauteng Eastern Cape Free State Kwa - Zulu Natal Northwest Mpumalanga If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
