Overview

Supply Manager, Acquisition - Experiences (Concepting and Social Pitch Design Coordinator) - EMEA (contract) role at Airbnb. This temporary assignment will be with Airbnb and contracted through Magnit Global, a UK registered employment business (company registration number 05537535).

Airbnb was born in 2007 and has grown to millions of Hosts and guests globally. The role supports concepting and social pitch design for Airbnb Experiences, with a focus on social listening, trend tracking, and creative development to inform pitches and talent partnerships. This position reports to the Creative Lead, Supply Acquisition - Experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Social Listening & Trend Tracking: Monitor and analyze conversations, content, and creators across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.). Identify emerging trends, viral moments, and creators relevant to our brand and audience. Curate daily or weekly trend reports or inspiration decks for the team.
  • Concept Ideation & Development: Brainstorm and shape creative ideas for new Airbnb Experiences, collaborating with team members and supporting the pitch process. Proactively share cultural insights to inspire new experience ideas. Maintain a library of trend references and influencer/creator spotlights.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in brainstorms and work sessions, sharing insights and helping coordinate creative resources for presentations.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Present findings and recommendations in engaging formats (verbal, visual, or written). Keep materials organized and contribute to documenting and sharing trends and concept ideas across the team.
  • Expertise & Qualifications: Apply deep passion for social media and digital culture; stay ahead of trends and creator activity. 2+ years in creative development, marketing, social media, or related field (internships or freelance/side projects acceptable). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to share ideas clearly in visual and verbal forms.
  • Proficiency with graphic and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn with curiosity for new and unknown areas.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
