Student Services Manager
Overview
We are looking to appoint a positive, dynamic, enthusiastic Student Services Manager with personal qualities and skills of the highest order. The skills required for the role include excellent communication, organisational and ICT, as well as being able to deliver quality customer service to students, parents/carers and any visitors to the School, in a calm, efficient and professional manner. The Student Services Manager will independently lead the provision and development of pupil support services and relevant staff.

We are looking for individuals who are able to remain calm under pressure, show initiative, great attention to detail and maintain confidentiality with comprehensive understanding of GDPR. Candidates must be team players, willing to go the extra mile and must demonstrate a pleasant and professional approach in dealing with students, staff, parents and visitors.
Salary and Working Pattern
Band 6 £34,434 to £36,363 FTE (actual salary £30,377 per annum)
Working Pattern: Term time only, plus 2 weeks.
Contract type: Full time 5 days per week, 36.25 hours per week
