About the role
Plan, organize, and facilitate student development programs, leadership trainings, seminars, and campus activities. Provide administrative and operational support to student organizations and co-curricular programs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and facilitate student development programs, leadership trainings, seminars, and campus activities
- Provide administrative and operational support to student organizations and co-curricular programs
- Coordinate with faculty members, academic departments, and administrative offices regarding student affairs initiatives
- Assist in organizing community extension, outreach, and volunteer programs
- Monitor and promote student engagement through various school activities and digital platforms
- Address student concerns and provide appropriate referrals when necessary
- Prepare reports, documentation, and other administrative requirements related to student development programs
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Guidance and Counseling, Social Work, Community Development, or any related field
- Experience in student affairs, student development, guidance services, or community extension is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and event management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
- Passionate about working with students and promoting holistic development
