Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Engage with customers in a helpful and positive manner.
- Work on tills when required.
- Support sales through customer assistance and product guidance.
- Help keep the store neat, organised, and well presented.
- Support daily retail store operations.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Represent the Woolworths brand professionally.
- Work scheduled shifts, including some weekends and public holidays.
- Support the store team where required.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Must be willing to work 28-hour shifts per week.
- Must be available to work some weekends and public holidays.
- Retail experience will be advantageous but is not required.
- Must enjoy speaking to and helping customers.
- Must be friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Must be committed and reliable.
- Must be willing to register for future store vacancies.
