Store Manager in Midrand
We are looking for a Store Manager to run our PEP store in Midrand, Gauteng. You will lead a team to make sure the store runs well and customers are happy.
What the job is
You will be in charge of the store. Your main goal is to make sure the store makes money, keeps costs low, and follows all company rules. You will also train and manage your team to give great customer service.
What you will do
- Make sure the store meets sales targets by giving good customer service and keeping the store clean and well-stocked.
- Reduce stock loss by following security rules and handling stock and cash properly.
- Keep costs low by managing store expenses wisely.
- Do all store paperwork correctly and on time.
- Train, coach, and manage your team to work well together.
- Keep the store safe, clean, and tidy.
What you need
- You must have finished high school (Grade 12).
- You must speak and write English well.
- A diploma or degree in business or retail is helpful but not required.
- You should have 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a leadership role.
- You should know how to use computers, especially Microsoft Office or Google GSuite.
