Monitor and analyse inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and variance investigations, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Oversee all stock movements, including receipts, transfers, returns, damages, and write-offs, ensuring accurate recording within warehouse and inventory systems. Develop, implement, and continuously improve stock control processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Collaborate closely with Operational, Replenishment, Transport, and Supply Chain teams to maintain optimal stock availability and minimise losses. Conduct root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and operational exceptions, driving timely resolution and prevention strategies. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, company policies, audit requirements, and relevant legislation. Support internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and implementing agreed corrective actions promptly. Manage departmental budgets, resources, and workforce planning to meet operational targets and business objectives. Monitor, report on, and drive improvements in key performance indicators related to inventory accuracy, stock losses, productivity, and service excellence.What you bringĀ Ā  Ā Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of five years' experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations. Proficient knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or comparable inventory management software.
