Job Description Job Purpose To improve brand awareness and increase brand affinity in the region through engagement, networking and execution of brand marketing and promotional activities with the relevant stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure execution effectiveness by implementing plans and processes for regional specific communication and community engagement activities in line with agreed brand, messaging and budgetary guidelines with the relevant stakeholders.
  • To improve total Premier FMCG basket brand awareness and loyalty through the building and leveraging of stakeholder relationships in the community.
  • To ensure and leverage Premier group support and functional expertise for brand promotion in the region by reporting or addressing issues.
  • To ensure consistent brand messaging and communications by advising and supporting the field sales managers to implement fit for purpose point of sale branding materials whilst ensuring adherence to the Brand CI guidelines.
  • To improve communicate engagement with the brand and products by coordinating Adhoc community requested activations in collaboration with the promotion’s supervisor and relevant marketing team members.
  • To improve brand awareness through identification of key opportunities for branding in collaboration with marketing and sales representatives as per planned schedule and agreed guidelines.
  • To inform timely management decision making implementing process and project tracking mechanism by tracking and reporting on the KPI’s and agreed plans.
Qualification Requirements
  • Matric or equivalent Essential
  • Marketing or Sales or Public relations related diploma Desirable
Experience Requirements
  • FMCG work experience 2-3 Years Essential
  • Administrative work 1-2 years Essential
  • Direct marketing or sales work 2-3 years Essential
  • Project planning and coordination 1-2 years Desirable
  • Community work with NGO’s 1-2 years Desirable
