Social Media & Marketing Specialist with skills in digital creation and managing a website

Looking to hire a Social Media and Marketing Specialist with experience of digital creation and managing a webpage, with a proven track record of income growth/profit generation from work and/or strategies they undertook, who can grow our business of a unique mobile fitness studio company that provides low cost affordable and accessible group fitness classes in the Cape Town area and beyond.

This is a relatively new start-up following on from a launch in the UK, now having moved to South Africa.

Our primary business model is taking a fitness studio/gym environment direct to premises and locations of any type, with all the equipment, accredited fitness instructor(s) and fitness programs to accommodate absolute beginners to experienced fitness enthusiasts.

There is no contract, joining/admin/management fee and no obligation to stay tied to our group, as they are not tied to any contract of any type. Our classes are low cost, e.g. a 30 to 40 minute class is R35 and a 50 to 60 minute class minute class R60, a 70 to 80 minute class only R80 and a 90+ minute class is only R90. However, we believe that we could possibly attract a large participation and we can easily accommodate 20+ in a class, which of itself means we can bring in a healthy income stream.

As we are at the early stages of our business model and growth, we are looking to discuss with someone with what believe is our unique approach for incredible potential for growth, income stream, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person with suitable experience to help grow our business model on social media and through marketing campaigns, along with digital creation and website management and any appointed person will have a great deal of autonomy to meet these challenges.

It is therefore important that you are able to demonstrate a proven track record of income generation, profit growth as a direct result of work or strategies you ideally created and/or undertook (and provide figures and time periods for such growth), and that you genuinely believe you can adapt such models to our own business model.

If you think you can help with this, we would be pleased to hear from you.
