If you aspire to be the best, and work with the best, this is where you belong. About the Role The Social Media Manager is an integral part of Latham's Brand & Communications team. This role will be responsible for the continued development and implementation of the firm's social media strategy, while supporting the strategic review of the firm's social media presence, including providing counsel on integration of social media activities with the firm's Brand & Communications programme and the development of policies and governance. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. Responsibilities & Qualifications Other key responsibilities include: • Working with colleagues to develop integrated, multi-channel communications campaigns and programmes to support internal stakeholders and reach external target audiences • Promoting social media tactics as a core component of the Brand & Communications channel mix and ensuring alignment with the firm's website and digital media strategy • Providing ongoing coaching and advisory support, and driving participation, to partners and lawyers on social media best practices, including content development, platform use, and profile optimisation • Supporting the development and growth of the firm's presence and effectiveness across multiple social media platforms • Providing support to other digital channels, including lw.com, and coordinating across the firm's digital platforms • Serving as an administrator of the firm's social media platforms We'd love to hear from you if you: • Possess excellent communication skills, including strong creative writing and editing capabilities • Demonstrate excellent language skills, including reading, grammar, spelling, and vocabulary to ensure accurate proofreading and writing • Exhibit highly developed experience communicating across various social and digital media platforms And have: • A bachelor's degree in digital media, PR/communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field • Experience in digital communications or social media, including providing strategic counsel and hands-on execution • Experience developing and implementing social media initiatives within a professional services, corporate, or similar environment • Experience within a professional services or B2B context, preferably Benefits & Additional Information Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
