Social Media Associate Freelance (Ayala North Exchange)

We are seeking a creative and organized Freelance Social Media Associate to support our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, interacting with online communities, and helping grow brand awareness across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).

  • Develop engaging captions, graphics, and short-form video content aligned with the brand's voice.

  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers in a timely manner.

  • Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant hashtags to optimize content performance.

  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.

  • Track and report key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.

  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, or other team members as needed.

  • Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing business or brand social media accounts.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.

  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms).

  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express are an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
