We offer a wide range of evidence-based and internationally recognised non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments, GLP-1 weight loss programmes, hormone optimisation medicine, diode laser hair removal, advanced skincare treatments, luxury facials, and leading international and local cosmeceutical skincare brands. Natural Aesthetics also serves as the hub of Skin Spot, our national online skincare store.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Details: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are growing and are looking for an experienced Snr Skincare Therapist / Dermal Aesthetician to join our team of medical doctors, skincare therapists, and practice coordinators. This is a permanent and  full-time position based at our Green Point practice.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Working hours are:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Monday and Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30 </li><li>Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 09:00 - 17:00</li><li>One Saturday per month (usually the last Saturday of the month): 09:00 - 16:00 </li><li>For every Saturday worked, you will receive a full weekday off during the week.</li><li>Although patient appointments begin at 09:00, you will be required to arrive at 08:45 to ensure your treatment room is prepared, patient files and consent forms are updated, and that you are fully ready to receive your first patient on time.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>You will be responsible for (but not limited to):</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>In-depth patient consultations and skin assessments</li><li>Formulating patient treatment plans and homecare recommendations (which will be reviewed and approved by one of our medical doctors)</li><li>Providing exceptional patient care and education</li><li>Offering expertly performed and refined treatment experiences </li><li>Advanced patient care, aftercare, follow-ups, and reviews</li><li>Clinical photography and patient file management</li><li>Maintaining accurate treatment documentation and administration</li><li>Maintaining exceptional cleanliness, sterility, and clinic hygiene standards</li><li>Monitoring patient journeys, rebookings, treatment plans, reviews, and retention</li><li>Working closely alongside our doctors, therapists, Practice Coordinators, Group Operations Manager, and General Manager </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Important Information</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for someone meticulous, detail-oriented, punctual, well-presented, and passionate about the aesthetic, skincare, and wellness industry.</p><p><br></p><p>At Natural Aesthetics, consultations, treatments, product recommendations, and patient relationships are managed with deep care and an ethical, results-driven approach, not aggressive sales methods or tactics. We place greater value on the following: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Patient acquisition, retention, satisfaction, and rebooking rates</li><li>Referrals and positive patient reviews</li><li>Treatment outcomes and results</li><li>Advanced skin, product, and treatment knowledge</li><li>Ethical care and building long-term patient relationships</li><li>Adhering to clinic systems, administration, and protocols</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 4-5 years’ experience</li><li>Work experience gained preferably within a medical aesthetic practice, skincare or laser clinic, plastic surgery centre, or someone with international experience or who has been self-employed </li><li>South African citizen with a valid South African ID and a clear criminal record </li><li>Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport</li><li>Grade 12 (Matric) certificate</li><li>3-Year Diploma in Somatology (NQF Level 6) required, while an Advanced Diploma in Dermal Aesthetics (NQF Level 7) would be advantageous </li><li>Fully computer literate and proficient, with at least intermediate typing skills</li><li>Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Professional appearance, polished look, and good skincare habits </li><li>Willingness to appear on camera for educational and social media content</li><li>Willingness to attend industry events and training sessions when required</li><li>Confident, professional, punctual, self-motivated, and hard-working</li><li>Since this role is based in the Atlantic Seaboard, this role will ideally suit someone who already lives or wants to reside in the Atlantic Seaboard, City Centre, or surrounding areas, however, we are open to all applicants</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Important:</strong> This is not a junior role.
