Blacksmith Agency is hiring a recruiter to help build an elite, fast moving team. As Senior Recruiter at Blacksmith, you are not just a resume screener, you are a brand ambassador and a talent scout. You own the hiring process from start to finish, partnering directly with our leadership team to find top tier talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

This is a role for someone with a recruiter's instinct who loves the chase of a passive candidate and wants an environment where their impact is visible every single day.

What You Will Own

  • Own the full cycle from the initial intake call with leadership to the final offer.
  • Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
  • Give every candidate a seamless, respectful, Blacksmith standard experience.
  • Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
  • Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full time talent so we can move fast.
  • Keep a clean, data driven pipeline in our ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
  • A high accountability mindset that does not need micromanaging.
  • A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
  • Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
