Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm UK TIME (1-2 hours behind SA time)

Budget: R25,000.00 - R35,000.00 depending on experience

Role Summary

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding property-related matters
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance requests from initial report through to completion
  • Liaise with contractors to obtain quotes, schedule repairs, and ensure works are completed within agreed timeframes
  • Provide regular updates to landlords on maintenance issues, tenancy matters, and property performance
  • Ensure all maintenance jobs are logged, tracked, and updated accurately within property management systems
  • Handle tenant queries professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high service standards
  • Monitor contractor performance and follow up on outstanding or delayed works
  • Assist with property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs where required
  • Maintain accurate property records, compliance documentation, and communication logs
  • Support rent and tenancy administration processes where necessary
  • Escalate complex issues or risks to senior property managers promptly
  • Ensure compliance with UK property regulations and tenancy requirements
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property coordination, property management, or lettings administration (UK portfolio experience essential)
  • Strong understanding of UK property management processes and landlord–tenant practices
  • Experience coordinating maintenance and working with external contractors
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage both tenants and landlords professionally
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
  • Experience using property management software (e.g., Arthur, Fixflo, Reapit, Alto, or similar) advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues proactively
  • Customer-service focused with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general CRM systems
