What We'll Bring:

Senior PMO Analyst role available in the Global Operations PMO (GO_PMO). This role is part of the expansion of the GO_PMO Governance & Assurance Team which holds responsibility for driving and maintaining Portfolio Planning, Resourcing, Reporting and Assurance

What You'll Bring:

  • Contribute to adoption of the GO_PMO Change and Governance frameworks, tools and processes to ensure adherence to change standards and methods

  • Proactively monitor projects against TCQ expectations, providing an early warning of any variances and exceptions to the portfolios

  • Contribute to the ongoing expansion of the GO_PMO team, providing input to the development of services such as reporting, resource management and governance processes

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of GO_PMO services and processes by identifying and driving continuous improvement to enable, effective delivery of the global portfolios.

  • Support the development of the reporting processes for the portfolios, adhering to standards and timelines to ensure the provision of reliable and consistent management information.

  • Support the development and management of key reporting such Executive Portfolio Dashboards and portfolio trend analysis.

  • Support the GO_PMO communications and knowledge management strategy by quality checking templates and reference documents and publishing updates on the SharePoint site

  • Work with the Project Managers to ensure that their project documentation and plans are current, relevant and at the required standard

  • Assure the portfolio performance against KPIs and quality metrics, providing constructive challenge and ensuring that the programs and projects are aligned with TU’s strategic priorities

  • Be seen as a subject matter expert for the GO_PMO Program Teams in all areas of governance and assurance
