Best Workplace awardee.<br><br><strong>++ Please note: This role is hybrid in either our Dallas, Phoenix, Austin, Ottawa, or Tortonto offices++<br><br></strong><strong>What We Are Looking For<br><br></strong>We are looking for a Senior IAM Consultant to join our team.<br><br><strong>What You Will Be Doing<br><br></strong>As a Senior Consultant at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Professional Services team, helping our customers prepare for a breach or recover from an attack during or after an incident.<br><br><ul><li>Assist in building methodology to assess Okta configuration from Cyber Security perspective along with remediation strategies</li><li>Assist with the remediation strategies and plans for containing and removing threats from customers’ Okta tenants and effectively communicate them to customer stakeholders and technical staff.</li><li>Assist Semperis Identity Forensics team with assessment, methodology (including tools) for the team to utilize during vulnerability and incident response engagements. Help customers optimize their deployment of Semperis products to protect their Okta IDP</li><li>Work closely with the Research team, uncovering weaknesses and exploitable vulnerabilities within Okta, including developing Indicators of Exposure to alert and remediation guidance</li><li>Develop roadmaps for customers to uplift their Okta security posture and/or migrate to other IDPs such as EntraID</li><li>Perform security assessments of customers’ Okta tenant environments, encompassing operational review, security configuration review, and attack path analysis.</li><li>Maintain expert knowledge of Okta attacks and security features.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Product, Research and Engineering teams to influence feature development and roadmap feedback based on field learnings<br><br></li></ul><strong>What you will bring to the table:<br><br></strong><ul><li>At least 5 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in Okta and Identity and Access Management from either the offensive or defensive side. </li><li>Experience delivering Professional Services consultation in Okta environments – Entra would be a significant advantage.</li><li>Knowledge and hands-on experience with Entra/Active Directory and/or PingOne – advantage.</li><li>Proven customer-facing orientation.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to concisely communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why Join Semperis?<br><br></strong>You’ll be part of a global team on the front lines of cybersecurity innovation.
