Senior Executive Assistant, Candidate Experience - Search Operations (Remote)

This fully remote role enables consistent client and candidate engagement by maintaining structured processes, clear documentation, and timely stakeholder updates.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain confidential records, contracts, and correspondence in shared systems
• Own inbox triage and stakeholder communication to protect executive focus time
• Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and follow-up notes with clear action tracking
• Support process improvements for scheduling, document control, and executive workflows
• Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics, and travel coordination (as needed)

Requirements

• 5+ years supporting senior leaders, ideally in consulting, professional services, or recruitment
• Advanced calendar management and executive-level coordination capability
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and executive document formatting standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
• High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
• Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
