Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of beauty therapists, providing ongoing training and performance management. Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and client bookings. Perform a wide range of advanced beauty treatments, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety protocols. Develop and implement new treatment menus and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients. Maintain impeccable cleanliness and ambiance throughout the spa facilities. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments. Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role within the spa industry. Relevant beauty therapy qualifications and certifications (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC). In-depth knowledge of skincare, cosmetic procedures, and wellness therapies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in spa management software and POS systems.
