Job Description:

  • Lead technical development and implementation of enterprise solutions with focus on RPA and digital transformation initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development team members
  • Drive architectural decisions and best practices implementation
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions
  • Design and develop complex software solutions using UiPath, ABBYY and related technologies
  • Lead technical design discussions and code reviews
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
  • Establish development standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Optimise existing automation solutions for performance and scalability
  • Participate in project planning and estimation
  • Document technical specifications and solution architectures
  • Ensure code quality through testing and validation

Requirements:

  • Min 5-8+ years experience as a Senior Developer
  • Strong expertise in UiPath development and enterprise process automation solutions
  • Advanced programming skills in .NET, Python and related technologies
  • Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions
  • Expertise in code optimisation and performance tuning
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies (desired)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Agile/Scrum certification.
