Senior Account Manager – IT Services

Minimum Requirements Qualifications Matric (Grade 12). Relevant qualification in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle. Experience Minimum 5–10 years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, or IT Sales. Proven experience managing key accounts within the IT industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience selling IT solutions, managed services, cloud services, infrastructure, software, or related technology solutions. Strong client relationship management experience at decision-maker level. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts. Identify and secure new business opportunities. Develop and implement account growth strategies. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations. Achieve revenue and profitability targets. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful service delivery.
