- Identifying resourcing risks caused by change (new skill needs, structural shifts, demand surges) and escalating early.
- Contributing ideas for continuous improvement, efficiency, and better stakeholder experience.
- Remaining agile and responsive during organisational changes, operating model shifts, or strategy updates.
- Supporting utilisation targets through effective matching of supply to demand.
- Ensuring resourcing decisions consider cost, rate alignment (where applicable), and delivery affordability.
- Maintaining accurate resourcing data that impacts billing, time capture, forecasting, and reporting.
- Flagging financial and capacity risks (under/over-utilisation, bench risk, misaligned allocations) to the Resourcing Lead.
- Following controls related to bookings, WBS/codes, time recording dependencies, and reporting deadlines.
- Technology Delivery & Consulting: Experience in resource management within large-scale technology delivery center's or consulting environments.
- Global Operations: Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones, managing diverse teams and stakeholder
