ENIOR LEGAL ADMIN OFFICER (MR 6) (OSD)

R - R p.a. (Salary will be determined in accordance with OSD determination)

Location

KZN Regional Office (Ref No: SAS3/2023).

Requirements

Candidates must hold an LLB or relevant B degree in Law plus 8 years of post graduate experience in Law; Computer literacy and a valid driver's license are required.

Duties

The sassa position, the incumbent is responsible for implementing contract policies and procedures, administrating and managing contracts, implementing internal controls and contractual terms, interpreting legislation, drafting and vetting legal contracts, managing litigation, providing legal opinions upon request, handling debt collection; supporting Labour Relations with regards to Labour matters; implementing legislation training with internal stakeholders as needed.
