SAP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT IV FI/CO

Gijima has a position for a full-time, dedicated K4 SAP FI/CO consultant to work on and support MULTIPLE CLIENTS AT THE SAME TIME . Currently WFH but on-site might be require from time to time by clients. This is a full-time, long-term contract or permanent position and contractors will be appointed directly on Gijima's payroll and not via any 3rd party/own company. Candidates will not be allowed to hold any other employment.

FORMAL EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.

CERTIFICATION

CURRENT, active SAP S/4 Certification

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED

SAP FI (all modules) & CO

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 10 years SAP experience working on multiple customers at the same time.

Has between 4 to 5 full project implementations and played a lead role.

Possess a strategic understanding of how SAP solutions align with and drive business processes.

Extensive experience in managing large scale projects, including full lifecycle implementations.

Extensive expertise in the issues of several specialist fields and/or industries.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to interact with technical staff, clients and partners.

Strong leadership & collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently as the go-to person.

Proficient in stakeholder management.

Adept to negotiating with vendors.

Capable of making decisions that will impact the organization's future.

Foreword thinking.

Staying abreast of the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to ensure organization remains competitive and innovative.

Cross-module integration understanding.

Business Process re-engineering.

Change Management.

Familiar with customer requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will entail daily support of multiple clients in a variety of indistries as well as mini projects, upgrades, etc.

Creating solutions to meet complex, integrative requirements and successfully work on multiple customer projects.

Aligns with industry vertical and focusses on new initiatives and leads them in terms of gaining mastery in the areas.

Creates opportunities with the customer, deploys and develops additional consulting resources in the identified new opportunities.

Plays key role on the project team, either by creating new projects or managing projects that are new initiatives from SAP.

Keeping abreast of SAP updates, new functionalities, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Documenting SAP processes, configurations, and changes to maintain clear records and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Assisting with problem-solving and troubleshooting issues that arise within the SAP environment.

Participating in the development of business proposals and contributing to the strategic planning of IT initiatives involving SAP.

Engaging with SAP communities and networks to share insights, solve problems, and improve overall expertise in SAP products.

Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the SAP system.

Conducting regular system audits and performance checks to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.

Collaborating with IT and business teams to integrate SAP with other systems and technologies within the organization.
